Cable Reaper, also known as Reaper, is the biggest and most fearsome agent of the D-Reaper. He is believed to be the main form of the D-Reaper in the digital world.

When the portal to the digital world opened up, connecting the forms of the D-Reaper on Earth and in the digital world, Cable Reaper appeared before the tamers, the Monster Makers, and Yamaki could initiate their plan to destroy the D-Reaper, as he was blocking the portal. Cable Reaper slashed Gallantmon with a scythe before he left to rescue Jeri from the D-Reaper.
MegaGargomon, Sakuyamon, and Justimon fought Cable Reaper, but were unable to even damage him, so Justimon had Sakuyamon transfer her power to him. This increased the size and power of Justimon's blade and he chopped Cable Reaper vertically in two. Surprisingly, Cable Reaper came back together unharmed, and was about to eat the three Mega Digimon when he was suddenly pulled back through the portal into the digital world by Azulongmon, Zhuqiaomon, Ebonwumon, and Baihumon.
Afterward, Cable Reaper was presumably sucked into the void of Juggernaut by Shibumi and MegaGargomon along with the rest of the D-Reaper.
