Creep Hands is a skeletal agent of the D-Reaper, known for its big hands. It is the second major D-Reaper agent to fight the tamers. It appeared in the episodes The Messenger and The D-Reaper's Disguise.

Creep Hands appeared to fight WarGrowlmon, Rapidmon, and Taomon while they were protecting Alice and Dobermon. The three Ultimate Digimon fought against it but it proved too powerful. However, Dobermon gave the tamers and their Digimon the power to biomerge on Earth. Once in their Mega forms, Gallantmon, MegaGargomon, and Sakuyamon fought Creep Hands, gaining the upper hand. In the end, Gallantmon destroyed Creep Hands with Shield of the Just.
