Vajramon is the Ox Deva. He resembles a centaur. He and his partner Pajiramon are the fourth and fifth Devas to appear and fight the tamers. He is an Ultimate level Digimon. He appeared in the episodes Duel with the Deva and Digital Beauty.

Vajramon bio-emerged alongside Pajiramon and began eating computer appliances to become stable. Renamon decided to fight him. Although Vajramon initially told Pajiramon not to fool around and to destroy the tamers immediately, their positions soon swapped, with Vajramon toying with Renamon and becoming infatuated with her, although she called him a pig. Neither really did much damage to the other before Vajramon was destroyed by Rapidmon along with Pajiramon. However, through means unknown, Vajramon came back to life. He then took Renamon to the digital world, intending to talk with her while she wanted him to answer some questions.
Eventually Renamon and Vajramon returned. Vajramon loved how elegant Renamon moved like poetry in motion and asked her to join Zhuqiaomon and rule over the humans. Renamon refused, and Vajramon made clear he was willing to destroy her if she wouldn't go over to his side. Eventually the others arrived, and Guilmon, Terriermon, and Renamon digivolved to Growlmon, Gargomon, and Kyubimon to fight him. He easily beat the boys up so that only Kyubimon could fight back. At one point Vajramon tried to kill Calumon. Eventually Kyubimon digivolved into her ultimate form, Taomon, which put Vajramon off as she resembled a human. She revealed she was using Vajramon to obtain information, and destroyed him with Talisman of Light. This time Vajramon was not revived.

Trivia[]
- Vajramon is the first Deva (or enemy Digimon, for that matter) to last two episodes against the tamers.
- Vajramon has the distinction of being the only character in the series to come back to life (in the Digimon Tamers universe, death is final even for Digimon). It is unclear how he managed to do this.
